Having worked in action sports distribution for 20 years we came across many smaller brands which struggled to get their goods made in time and for a fair price. Being well connected in an emerging economy such as Indonesia we decided to help and started offering our services; sourcing, manufacturing and logistics for all kids of garments and accessories. This quickly resulted in Cut N Sew Solutions becoming the go to manufacturer for a number of streetwear, outerwear, workwear and event merchandise clients. Specializing in garment and accessory production, it was a perfect match and the success story continues today. We are based in Hong Kong, Indonesia and Europe and service customers around the world. Samples can cost a lot of money, but do not have to! If an order is placed we can waive the sampling fee. You can send us a tech pack, an actual sample that we duplicate, or we work of cut patterns. Almost anything is possible, just check with our specialists.
From numerous stitching, printing, application, labeling, embroidering and sublimation techniques we can offer nearly any form of refining your garments or accessories. All buttons, pullers, rivets etc. can be customized or chosen from a vast supply. Ad work needs to be well executed on your products, we guarantee that will happen.
To receive a quote we will need to follow a few basic steps together: Seeing and techpack, actual duplication sample or image with detailed information on fabrics, prints, ribbing, embroidery, zippers, pullers, labels etc will help a great deal. We will also need to know the intended quantity. Based on these infos we can provide you with a quote.
All garments and accessories we produce are custom made. All neck labels, woven or printed, all wash/care instructions and all little applications can be designed individually. Hangtags and bags can be logo printed according to the clients specifications and will be affixed to the garment. Also the boxes in which the products will ship, can be designed and produced for you if a certain minimum is met.
Entire production runs can be broken up into separate shipments for individual distributors. This way the products do not ship to the client location first before it is then shipped on to the final destination.
